So there I was on Wednesday morning working away on the blog preparing that day's frontpage post when all of a sudden I got locked out and I've been unable to log into the blog at all since late last night. Not sure what happened, maybe it was Bruce Willis, but things seem to be fine now and normal service will be resumed from Monday.

Now I have access again I've finished and published what would have been the Wednesday update as well as this special weekend edition with a round-up of the best of what we missed during our temporary banishment.

We have all the usual photoshoots, candid snaps and gratuitous displays of celebrity flesh. We look back at the sparkly vampire world tour which I'm sure will continue through next week (they are immortal you know) and also a big look at the celebrity skin on display at the Vogue Fashion Fund Awards.
